Get your festive celebrations underway in style with Vertigo’s brand-new cocktail tasting menu on Saturday December 13th. Your experience begins with a welcome glass of Camel Valley Brut, followed by five cocktails.
Guests will enjoy four handcrafted cocktails, served alongside thoughtful small bites, with an additional surprise serve to end the afternoon on a high note. Take home insider knowledge, tips and tricks about the ingredients and techniques to create these cocktails.
You’ll kick things off with a glass of Camel Valley on arrival before moving into a line-up of classics:
· Old Fashioned or Martini
Start by choosing between a rich Old Fashioned (Bourbon, Demerara, Bitters) or a crisp Martini (Gin or Vodka, Vermouth). Naturally, plenty of olives will be on hand.
· Daiquiri
A bright, zesty Daiquiri brings a hit of sunshine to winter days, paired with Cornish Jalapeño Chutney Biltong for warmth and spice.
· Paloma
A celebratory mix of Tequila, Orange Liqueur, Grapefruit, and Soda, the Paloma is served with a festive feta and watermelon skewer dusted with chilli salt and basil.
· Amaretto Sour
Cosy and silky, the Amaretto Sour (Disaronno, Lemon, Sugar, Egg White) comes alongside a tapas-style cheese board—basically Christmas in cocktail form.
· Milk Punch Surprise
To finish, enjoy a complimentary taste of our house Milk Punch with Chilli & Lime.
